AbdulMuttalib Al Hashimi is the Managing Director of Next Level Management Consultancy. He has 12 years’ work experience, seven of which were in a successful venture with HSBC’s Global Markets Department, contributing to the growth of its international foreign exchange and derivatives department.

AbdulMuttalib deals with contracts in the UAE and overseas as well as overseeing the day-to-day running of Next Level. He is also involved in outside projects, including a ‘Talent Management and Leadership’ proposal for a prestigious ministry in the UAE, which is currently under review.

Sabahat Al Bastaki is Director of Next Level Management Consultancy and is also head of I.T. recruitment. She is an experienced Senior IS Auditor for the government. Sabahat graduated from AUS ( American University in Sharjah), with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.

Sabahat is active in the UAE’s local community, participating as a member of the UAE Architecture Heritage Society. She is also a member of the Dubai Business Womens Council and is a key figure in governmental and commercially sponsored events.
