In 2006, Next Level started out with an ambitious vision in mind; to become the region’s most successful management consultancy in the fields of national employment and development solutions.
Founded by two UAE nationals, Abdulmuttalib Hashim Al Hashimi and Sabahat Al Bastaki; Next Level has been helping employers attract, retain and develop the best talent to become globally and locally competitive employees. We have been working with some of the most successful multinationals and government organisations recruit the most effective employees that help them meet their goals. Our uniqueness lies in the fact that our team of consultants are a mix of local and international professionals, and our clients appreciate the insights and value we bring to the table.
In 2009, Next Level moved to strategically re-brand and re-position itself in alignment with their new vision, and that is to “become a world class management consultancy that helps develop and employ globally competitive people”. To do this Next Level began developing itself to become a one-stop shop consultancy for organisations seeking help in some of their challenging problems in the local market. As a UAE national company, Next Level continues to develop itself as a subject matter expert in Emiratisation and nationalisation in the GCC.
